Sorry, I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

When Can I Access My Download?

Your download(s) are accessible as soon as you complete the payment process. Additionally, you can access all your downloads from your My Account page.

What Format Are The Files?

All my digital e-patterns are in PDF format. You can view them with Chrome, Edge, Safari or Adobe Reader - all available at no cost.

What Credit Cards Do You Accept?

My eStore accepts Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Where Do I Find The Instructional Videos?

Once you are a VIP Member, simply visit the Videos page located on the top menu. You will have to log-in to access this page. You can view videos for as long as you are a VIP Member.

Tip: You can use the filters on the shop to show products with video only.

How Often Are VIP Member Videos Updated?

I add at least one (1) new video per month, and often more.

Where Do I Manage/Cancel My Account?

You can access, manage and/or cancel your account and download your e-patterns from your My Account page.

About Cindy Ohama

Artist

Cindy Ohama has been painting, teaching and dreaming up new pieces of art for the last 26 years. She works in many mediums including acrylics, watercolor, colored pencils, oils and pastels. She specializes in teaching everyone regardless of the level of artistic ability. Everyone comes out with a beautiful finished piece of art!

Cindy loves the fact that she can create, teach her technique to her students and in the end their piece of art is so different but equally as beautiful. Being an artist is one of her passions but also teaching is as enjoyable and she hopes to continue for many more years.
